Your team starts the next conversation with context.
- Explain your offer before a sales representative is available.
- Ask about requirements, service area, and timing one question at a time.
- Turn a conversation into a case with an owner and a next step.
Sample conversation
Prospect
We need a new website for our business.
Assistant
What should the website help your customers do?
Prospect
Understand our services and request a consultation next month.
Assistant
I can help outline that enquiry. Would you like to share a preferred contact method so the team can follow up? A consultation is not booked until the team confirms it.
Before you start
- Your services, ideal customer, service areas, and approved pricing information.
- A short list of useful qualification questions and a follow-up owner.
- A website widget or supported messaging channel where prospects contact you.
From setup to your first conversation
1.Choose the sales starting point
Create a lead-qualification assistant. Describe the customers you can help and which requests should be referred to your team.
2.Set a respectful enquiry flow
Add your offer and FAQs. Ask about the need and timing before requesting contact details; do not collect sensitive or unnecessary information.
3.Meet prospects where they enquire
Connect your website widget or an approved messaging channel. Test a realistic enquiry, an unsuitable request, and a prospect who does not want to share contact details.
4.Give your team the next step
Review the conversation in Inbox, create a case, assign its owner, and set a due date. A CRM update, calendar booking, or outbound message needs the relevant connected tool and a confirmed result.
What is connected, and what still needs setup
Lead qualification helps organize an enquiry; it does not guarantee sales, automatically export leads to a CRM, or book an appointment by itself. Your team remains responsible for consent, contact permissions, and follow-through.
Questions before you connect
Where do enquiries appear?
Customer conversations appear in Inbox. Your team can turn the relevant conversation into a case, add notes, assign an owner, and track follow-up.
Does it automatically update our CRM?
Not by default. Connect and test an authorized tool for your CRM. Without that connection, use the saved conversation and case workflow for your team's follow-up.
Can it quote prices or confirm a demo?
It can explain approved pricing you provide. A personalized quote or confirmed booking requires your team or a connected service to confirm it; the assistant should not invent a commitment.
